วิสัยทัศน์ เป็นเลิศในการคุ้มครอง และ ส่งเสริมการสร้างสรรค์ ทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา
ยุทธศาสตร์ที่ 1 พัฒนาระบบคุ้มครองสิทธิในทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา ทั้งในประเทศและต่างประเทศ และกำ หนดมาตรการ ป้องปรามการละเมิดทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา
เป้าประสงค์ 1. เพื่อเสริมสร้างความเข้มแข็งด้านกฎหมายและระบบการ คุ้มครองสิทธิในทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา 2. เพื่อให้ผู้สร้างสรรค์และผู้ประกอบการเข้าสู่ระบบการคุ้มครอง ทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาทั้งในประเทศและต่างประเทศ 3. เพื่อให้เจ้าของ ทป. ได้รับการปกป้องสิทธิและความเป็นธรรม ทางการค้า
กลยุทธ์ 1. พัฒนาระบบจดทะเบียนและแจ้งข้อมูลทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาให้ เป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ สะดวก รวดเร็ว มีความเป็นสากล 2. ส่งเสริมการจดทะเบียนคุ้มครองทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาไทย ทั้งในประเทศและต่างประเทศ 3. ปกป้องสิทธิและป้องปรามการละเมิดสิทธิทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา 4. พัฒนาความร่วมมือด้านทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาระหว่างประเทศ
ยุทธศาสตร์ที่ 2 พัฒนาระบบบริหารจัดการทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา ด้วยการส่งเสริมความรู้ สนับสนุนการสร้างสรรค์ การสร้างเครือข่าย และการใช้ประโยชน์เชิงพาณิชย์
เป้าประสงค์ 1. เพื่อให้คนไทยมีความรู้ มีการสร้างสรรค์ และใช้ประโยชน์ ทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาในเชิงพาณิชย์เพิ่มขึ้น 2. เพื่อสร้างจิตสำ นึกให้ตระหนักถึงความสำ คัญ ประโยชน์ และ เคารพสิทธิในทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา 3. เพื่อสร้างเครือข่ายด้านทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาในทุกระดับ
กลยุทธ์ 1. เสริมสร้างความรู้ความเข้าใจด้านทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา สนับสนุนให้เกิดการสร้างสรรค์ และการใช้ประโยชน์ทรัพย์สิน ทางปัญญาในเชิงพาณิชย์ 2. รณรงค์สร้างจิตสำ นึกถึงความสำ คัญ ประโยชน์ และเคารพ สิทธิในทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา 3. พัฒนาระบบข้อมูลทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา เพื่อใช้ประโยชน ด้าน การบริหารจัดการทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ 4. สร้างความร่วมมือและประสานเครือข่ายทั้งในและต่างประเทศ ความร่วมมือด้านทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาระหว่างประเทศ

Vision Achieving Excellency in Protecting, and Promoting Creation of, Intellectual Property
Strategy 1 Developing systems for protecting intellectual property rights domestically and internationally and formulating measures for the prevention and suppression of intellectual property infringement
Objectives 1. Strengthening intellectual property law and systems for the protection of intellectual property rights; 2. Bringing creators and entrepreneurs towards legal systems for the protection of intellectual property both domestically and in foreign countries; and 3. Enabling intellectual property owners to have their intellectual property rights duly protected and receive fair treatment in trade.
Tactics 1. Developing systems for the registration of, and notification of information related to, intellectual property towards the achievement of efficiency, expediency and speediness and meet international standards; 2. Promoting the registration for the protection of Thai intellectual property rights domestically and internationally; 3. Protecting intellectual property rights and suppressing infringement of intellectual property rights; and 4. Developing international co-operation on intellectual property.
Strategy 2 Developing intellectual property management systems through promoting knowledge and encouraging creations, IP-networking and commercial exploitation of intellectual property
Objectives 1. Enabling Thai people to have greater knowledge, greater creation and greater commercial exploitation of intellectual property; 2. Creating awareness of the importance and value of intellectual property as well as the need to respect intellectual property rights; and 3. Establishing intellectual property networks at all levels.
