ภายใต้แนวคิด “จากนโยบายสู่ การขับเคลื่อน : คุณค่าจากท้องถิ่นต่อยอดสู่สากล” หรือ Grand to Ground: Capturing Local Value Creating Global Impact ระหว่างวันที่ 26 – 27 มีนาคม 2555 ณ โรงแรมเซ็นทารา แกรนด์ แอท เซ็นทรัลเวิลด์ โดยมีรองนายกรัฐมนตรีและรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการคลัง (นายกิตติรัตน์ ณ ระนอง) เพื่อให้ประชาชนตระหนักและเข้าใจในเศรษฐกิจสร้างสรรค์มากขึ้น โดยมีผู้ประกอบการทั้ง ชาวไทยและชาวต่างประเทศ ผู้แทนจากสถาบันการศึกษา และประชาชน เข้าร่วมงานจำ นวน 1,000 คน
2nd Thailand International Creative Economy Forum: TICEF 2012. The 2nd Thailand International Creative Economy Forum: TICEF 2012 was held under the “Grand to Ground: Capturing Local Value Creating Global Impact” concept on 26th and 27th March 2012 at the Centara Grand at Central World Hotel, Bangkok. This event, of opening ceremony of which was graciously presided over by Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance (Mr. Kittirat Na Ranong), was intended to promote public awareness and understanding of creative economy and was attended by approximately 1,000 participants, including Thai and foreign business operators, representatives from educational institutions and general members of the public.
