ตรวจค้นโรงงานผลิตกาแฟสำเร็จรูปละเมิดลิขสิทธิ์

เมื่อวันที่ 22 พฤษภาคม 2555 ณ อาคารพาณิชย์ แขวงบางบอน กรุงเทพฯ รัฐมนตรี ช่วยว่าการกระทรวงพาณิชย์ (นายภูมิ สาระผล) มีบัญชาให้ พล.ต.ต. สุชาติ กาญจนวิเศษ ประธานคณะกรรมการงานปราบปรามการละเมิดทรัพย์สิน ทางปัญญา กระทรวงพาณิชย์ ตรวจค้นโรงงานผลิตกาแฟสำ เร็จรูปละเมิด ลิขสิทธิ์ ซึ่งจับกุมผู้ต้องหาได้ 6 คน โดยโรงงานดังกล่าวผลิตกาแฟสำ เร็จ ปลอมได้ 3,000,000 ซองต่อเดือน คิดเป็นมูลค่าสินค้าที่ผลิตได้เดือนละ 9,000,000 บาท

Raid on an Infringing Instant Coffee Plant. On 22nd May 2012, at the instruction of Deputy Minister of Commerce (Mr. Phom Saraphol), Police Major General Suchart Kanchanavisit, as Chairman of the Committee on Suppression of Intellectual Property Infringement, led a team of officers for the purpose of inspecting a plant producing pirated instant coffee. This plant was located at a commercial building in Bangborn District, Bangkok. The search led to an arrest of 6 offenders. This plant had a monthly manufacture of approximately 3,000,000 bags of instant coffee with a total value of 9,000,000 Baht.
